After you place an order, please DM us on Instagram @cream_of_pet within 48 hours with your order number and clear photos of your pet (front, side, back, and tail). We’ll create a lifelike design based on these photos. If we don’t receive photos within this timeframe, we’ll proceed with the sample style shown on this page; composition, proportions, and expression will be finalized at our cake artist’s discretion.

Inscription & Layout

Inscription color is coordinated by our studio. Up to three lines are available; the recommended format is “Happy Birthday + English name.” If the wording is long or requires punctuation/line-break tweaks, our designer may adjust type size and placement for safety and readability without further notice. If there’s no suitable writing area on the cake, the inscription will appear on the cake box (sticker/card). Because inscription is a complimentary service, any loss or damage due to transport or material characteristics is not eligible for after-sales support (no remake, replacement, or credit).

Receiving & Support

When your parcel arrives, please unbox and record a video immediately and check the contents. If you receive the wrong item(s) or an incomplete quantity, contact us via the website customer service or Instagram as soon as possible. For thawing or impact damage incurred in transit, keep the video/photos and contact Black Cat customer service: (02) 412-8888 for assistance.
